Job Description

Flexible Scheduling:

8:00am-8:00pm Monday-Thursday | 8:00am-5:00pm Friday Paid holidays | Weekends not required

Job Summary:

Manage outbound and inbound calls to collect on delinquent payments
Help consumers by communicating in a friendly manner and setting up payments
Use problem-solving skills to assist consumers
Ensure compliance of both company and client policies
Gather data and document proper systems

Requirements:

Must live in Minnesota and be able to commute to our corporate office in Coon Rapids

High School diploma or equivalent
Friendly phone and communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiating skills
General PC knowledge
Positive Attitude
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test

Compensation Package Includes:

Hourly wage: $17.00/hour + Commission + $2000 Sign-on Bonus
