Job Overview:

Position's Primary Objective:

Collections on Past Due Invoices We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and resolve outstanding invoices owed by our veteran clients, ensuring timely payments and handling delinquent accounts with strategy-oriented thinking. There is a commission-bonus for all recovered amounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively contact veterans to follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment. Work with AI (company-funded ChatGPT/Claude etc. account) to develop compelling strategies and collections management dashboards and tools Manage long-term payment plans, ensuring consistent payments and addressing any issues that arise. Develop and implement effective strategies to recover overdue payments. Maintain accurate records of all communications and payment arrangements. Collaborate with team members to coordinate and resolve any billing discrepancies. Follow up using whichever strategies, tactics, or level of aggression you deem necessary to get the invoices paid.

Ability to use Google Voice to call & text, and email

Qualifications:

Ability to meet in Greenville for on-site work once or twice a week. Willingness to learn Slack and Stripe. HS Graduate or Enrolled at
