Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, or a related field
Three years of professional-level experience in analytics, decision support, report writing, and program development in public or private industry; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong proficiency with analytic tools and software, such as Excel (spreadsheet software), Python or R (programming languages), SQL (query languages), PowerBI or Tableau (data visualization tools), and ArcGIS (mapping tools)

Duties
Perform complex work in strategic, technical, financial, and performance-management areas
Manage systemwide data and analytics, providing decision support and reporting to library leadership
Develop and maintain data capture infrastructure across branches and departments
Identify, collect, store, manage, analyze, and deploy data critical to internal operations and external reporting
Create tools and reporting mechanisms that support strategic planning, performance evaluation, staffing decisions, budget analysis, collection management, community services, outreach, marketing, and program development
Build high-quality tools, dashboards, and reports that highlight trends and insights
Present analytic findings in dynamic formats and help leaders and staff understand and apply these measures
Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess progress at the department, branch, and system level
Provide confidential research and analysis support to leadership, teams, and committees
