This position will assist with managing delinquent accounts, maintaining accurate records, supporting member communications, and performing administrative tasks related to collections, bankruptcy, deceased accounts, and loss mitigation activities. Ideal candidate would have 6 years of credit union or banking experience, effective communications and customer service experience, and be willing to work in a hybrid schedule. salary: $20 - $24 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4

AssociateResponsibilities Review and maintain delinquent account portfolios. Document collection efforts and account activities in the credit union's collection system. Conduct outbound and inbound member communications regarding past-due accounts. Assist with payment arrangements, hardship programs, and loan modification processing. Support bankruptcy account administration, including account reviews and documentation updates. Assist with deceased member account processing and estate claim tracking. Review credit reports and skip-tracing information to locate members when necessary. Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and departmental tracking logs. Support repossession, recovery, and charge-off administrative processes. Ensure all account actions are documented accurately and timely in accordance with department procedures. Maintain compliance with all federal regulations, credit union policies, and confidentiality requirements. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
