Non-Exempt Position Summary The Invoicing Clerk is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and processing customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner. This position ensures all supporting documentation is complete, customer billing requirements are met, and invoices are submitted according to company procedures. The Invoicing Clerk works closely with Operations, Dispatch, Payroll, and Accounting to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate billing records. Famous Experience preferred. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and process daily customer invoices. Verify bills of lading, delivery receipts, load sheets, and other supporting documents for accuracy. Ensure invoices match customer rates, and billing requirements. Review completed work for missing or incorrect information before invoicing. Communicate with Dispatch, Operations, and Drivers to obtain missing documentation. Research and resolve billing discrepancies promptly. Submit invoices within our system. Maintain organized electronic files. Assist with customer billing inquiries. Reconcile completed loads to ensure all work has been billed. Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information. Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED . Associate degree in Accounting (not required). Minimum of 1-2 years of invoicing, billing, or accounting experience preferred. Experience in transportation or logistics is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong mathematical skills Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to meet daily and Bi-weekly deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. Basic understanding of accounting principles. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Professional customer service skills. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Frequent use of standard office equipment. Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds. Work Environment Office environment. Monday through Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays and overtime during peak business periods. Preferred Experience for

$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
