full-time About the Opportunity A local Construction company is seeking a Construction Billing & Procore Administrator to serve as the company's primary Procore expert while supporting subcontractor billing, vendor payments, accounts receivable, and project billing operations. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Procore. Manage subcontractor billing, payment applications, lien waivers, and vendor onboarding. Support customer invoicing, accounts receivable follow-up, and collections efforts. Monitor billing workflows, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records. Generate reports, provide user training, and drive process improvements. Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, Project Teams, the Controller, and CFO. Qualifications 3+ years of construction industry experience. Hands-on Procore experience required. Knowledge of subcontractor billing, vendor payments, and construction accounting processes. Accounts receivable and collections experience. Strong Excel, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
