DAY TO DAY AS A CREDIT SOLUTIONS
(COLLECTIONS)
ASSOCIATE I
As a Credit Solutions Associate I at San Antonio Citizens Federal Credit Union, you will engage directly with members to resolve past due accounts through both outbound and inbound collections calls. Your day will involve reviewing account details, meticulously documenting all activities, and diligently following up on payment arrangements. Collaboration with your team will be essential to ensure that all accounts are managed timely and accurately, reinforcing our commitment to customer service excellence. Each day presents a unique blend of problem-solving and member interaction, emphasizing teamwork and the collective goal of assisting members while protecting the integrity of the credit union. Your contributions will not only enhance member satisfaction but also uphold our standards of financial services collections and regulatory compliance.
