Job Description:
Schedule:
Monday - Friday (8 hours shift) No weekends/ No Holidays Experience working in EMS Transport Prefers Paramedic or Registered Nurse (Not required) Data proficiency is required Ensure integrity of ePCR , identifies error trends or compliance concerns during audit process in order to create specialized audit plans. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Facilitates ongoing education and training for clinical staff to maintain clinical competencies. Promotes a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the EMS & Flight team. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards. Other duties as assigned. Monitors patient care record compliance of policies and procedures to maintain standard of care. Monitors and evaluates clinical performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
