R.F. Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking an entry level Shipping and Billing Specialist to join our team in Bethalto, IL.

For over 37 years, R.F. Technologies, Inc. has been one of the largest independent repair centers for wireless drive-thru equipment in the United States. With multiple strategically located repair centers, we proudly serve the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, including major brands like McDonald's, Burger King, and Taco Bell. Due to significant growth, we are seeking a Shipping and Billing Specialist for our Bethalto, IL location.

About the role:

The Shipping and Billing Specialist will be responsible for performing a variety of computer-related tasks, including invoicing, as well as handling shipping duties such as receiving incoming repairs and managing the shipping and billing of outbound repairs.

Primary Duties:

• Receive and process incoming packages, including creating work orders for repairs
• Prepare invoices and ship outgoing packages
• Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of daily shipping tasks
• Provide general customer support as needed

Requirements:

• 1 year of shipping/receiving experience (preferred, but not required)
• Strong attention to detail
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in typing and professional phone etiquette
• Solid computer literacy
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Energetic, positive, and self-motivated individual What we offer:
