We're Hiring:

Experienced Orthopedic Medical Biller Affinity Med Solutions is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Medical Biller with a strong background in orthopedic billing to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys solving complex billing issues, and takes pride in maximizing reimbursement while providing exceptional service to our physician clients.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-3 years of orthopedic medical billing experience (required) Extensive knowledge of commercial insurance billing , claim submission, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up Experience with out-of-network billing preferred Strong understanding of

CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS

coding , modifiers, and payer-specific billing guidelines Experience with appeals, denials, and insurance follow-up Familiarity with surgery, and orthopedic procedures is highly desirable Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Experience:

Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) and No Surprises Act knowledge is a plus (training available for the right candidate) Experience working with high-volume orthopedic or ambulatory surgery practices

What You'll Do:

Submit and manage insurance claims from start to finish Follow up on unpaid and underpaid claims Research and resolve claim denials Communicate with insurance carriers regarding reimbursement issues Work closely with our team to maximize collections for orthopedic providers Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely claim resolution Why Join Affinity Med Solutions?
