Job Title:

Billing Clerk Schedule :

M-F, mornings preferred, 20 hours/week Job Summary Provide financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of customer orders for the company and supporting operations. Essential Duties

other duties may be assigned Monitor assigned email inbox Perform three-way match for verification of delivered products and BOLs Create Sales Orders in Company ERP Communicate with chemical delivery drivers and facilities staff to research discrepancies Work closely with Accounts Receivable staff Create monthly delivery sheets for chemical delivery drivers in MS Excel Communicate with Account Management staff on needed changes and updates to delivery routes Maintain and update data in MS Excel workbooks Ensure compliance of proper accounting methods, approval processes, internal controls, and company procedures Organize, file, copy, and maintain documents, including safety training records, compliance files, chemical labels, and Safety Data Sheets (SDSs).

Positive contributor to the team by supporting and executing ad hoc projects as needed Work well independently and as a team Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications Education/Experience:

High school diploma or GED required

Must be able to talk and hear. Requires close visual acuity to prepare and analyze data and figures and view a computer screen. Exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally. The position is mostly sedentary, involving sitting most of the time. Work Environment
