This is a fast?paced, hands-on AP role with a focus on heavy invoice processing, SOP creation, and general ledger cleanup across multiple manufacturing sites. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-oriented, and able to hit the ground runn ing. Key Responsibil itiesHeavy Accounts Payable Proce ssingProcess a high volume of invoices quickly and accura tely.

Perform 3?way matching and resolve invoice or PO discrepan cies.

Communicate directly with vendors regarding payment is sues.

Support weekly payment runs and AP cycle manage ment.

Process Improvement & SOP Develo pmentEvaluate current AP workflows across multiple locat ions.

Develop, document, and implement new standard operating procedures ( S OPs).Identify inefficiencies and introduce standardized best pract ices.

General Ledger & Month-End Cl eanupReconcile AP sub-ledger to the general le dger.

Assist with clearing aged items and correcting misposted ent ries.

Support month-end closing activities as ne eded.

Cross-Site Collabor ationWork closely with site managers and plant leads to gather details on existing workf lows.

Provide training and communication on newly developed SOPs.

Qualifica tions3-5+ years of Accounts Payable experience; manufacturing prefe rred.

Experience hand ling heavy AP wor kload and multi-site operat ions.

Strong understanding of AP-to-GL workflows and reconcilia tion.

Proven ability to build, document, and improve SOPs.

Proficiency with major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Infor, e tc.).Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formu las).Highly organized, reliable, and detail?orie nted.

Must be able to start ASAP and work fully onsite in Hamorton , PA.Additional De tailsContract is expected to run 2-3 m onths with potential extension based on project prog ress.
