Insurance & Billing Coordinator Anna Kids Dentistry | Anna, TX Anna Kids Dentistry is looking for an experienced, organized, and dependable Insurance & Billing Coordinator to join our growing pediatric dental team! This position is ideal for someone who understands dental insurance and billing, enjoys keeping accounts organized, and takes pride in helping patients and families understand their benefits and financial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility Submit and track insurance claims Follow up on outstanding and denied claims Post insurance payments and EOBs accurately Work insurance aging reports and outstanding balances Submit necessary documentation, narratives, and attachments Assist with claim appeals and insurance corrections Review patient accounts for accuracy Help families understand insurance benefits and estimated out-of-pocket costs Coordinate with the front office and clinical team to ensure accurate billing and documentation Maintain accurate and timely records

What We're Looking For:

Dental insurance and billing experience strongly preferred Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance plans, EOBs, claims, and collections Pediatric dental experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Comfortable communicating with insurance companies and patients Able to stay on top of outstanding claims and follow through until issues are resolved Positive attitude and a team-first mentality Dependable, professional, and able to work independently Why Anna Kids Dentistry?
