Summary:

The Billing Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing of customers in accordance with accounting standards and billing policies. Prepare and compile final invoice packages for all billable projects, including necessary documentation for approval. Reviewing customer contracts Understanding contract-specific billing requirements Researching and resolving billing issues Managing billing activities from start to finish Issue and file final invoices in customer master files. Investigate unbilled issues to enhance billing efficiency. Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations as directed. Recommend and implement improvements to the billing cycle. Support interim and year-end audits through research and reconciliation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or other field of study is required. 1+ year of experience in billing and receivables. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Familiarity with financial software systems a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Time management and stress management capabilities.
