Type:

full-time Accounting Coordinator I ( Billing Support) Must have strong analytical skills, experience with Excel (Pivot Tables). Must be able to manage multiple tasks at once and support category management. Project Description The position's purpose is to bill customers as quickly and as accurately as possible after receiving all the required documentation. This role will manage intercompany billing for the Facility to Field Services, assigned journal entries and ad hoc accounting requests by immediate supervisor. Provides support for special projects, audits and annual activities including budget preparation. The Accounting Coordinator I receive training, guidance, and problem solving support from their supervisor on a regular basis. The position is expected to continually work on accounting skill development and enhancing their knowledge of the accounting processes and procedures.
