RV Billing Clerk DeMontrond Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented RV Billing Clerk to join our RV Service team. If you have experience with dealership billing, repair orders, warranty claims, or accounting support, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Review, close, and post repair orders accurately. Process customer-pay, internal, and warranty repair orders. Submit and track manufacturer warranty claims. Prepare customer invoices and resolve billing discrepancies. Reconcile daily repair orders with accounting records. Assist with month-end reporting and open repair order reviews. Work closely with the service, parts, warranty, and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely billing. Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of billing, accounting, or administrative experience. Dealership, automotive, or RV industry experience preferred. Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) is a plus. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
