Job Description:

Our client, a manufacturing company located in Warren, RI, is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support its Customer Solutions team during a busy seasonal period. This full-time, onsite position offers $24/hour, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours per week). The role focuses on order entry, customer support, and assisting with order-related inquiries while ensuring accuracy and excellent service. Job Responsibilities Accurately enter customer orders received through email and internal systems Assist customers and internal teams with order lookups, invoice inquiries, delivery questions, and vendor-related issues Provide prompt and professional customer service support Escalate issues and seek clarification when needed to ensure accurate resolution Support the Customer Solutions team with administrative and problem-solving tasks Candidate Qualifications 1-2 years of customer service and data entry experience Strong computer skills, with ERP system experience preferred Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues effectively Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
