Dental Insurance Coordinator - Full time $22.00 hourly and up (based on experience) About Us We are a patient-centered dental practice committed to delivering high-quality care in a welcoming and supportive environment. Many patients are not familiar with what their plans cover, and we enjoy helping them make confident, informed decisions about their care. Our team is focused on accuracy, transparency, and creating an exceptional experience for every patient. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our team.

Please Note:

We work exclusively with PPO insurance plans. Strong experience with PPO verification and breakdowns is required for this role. Key Responsibilities Verify patient insurance eligibility prior to appointments Accurately obtain and document full plan details, including: Co-insurance percentages Frequencies and limitations Age limits and exclusions Annual maximums and remaining benefits Deductibles Coverage for specific procedure codes Enter and update insurance information in the system with a high level of accuracy Communicate clearly with the front office and clinical team regarding coverage details Identify and resolve discrepancies proactively to prevent billing issues Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of dental insurance verification experience required Strong understanding of PPO dental insurance plans and breakdowns Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to identify inconsistencies and problem-solve independently Strong organizational and time management skills What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and development Consistent schedule and work-life balance Benefits Sick pay and PTO/vacation Health insurance and dental allowance 401(k) with employer match Supportive, collaborative, and quality-driven team culture Monday- Friday schedule, NO
