You'll connect directly with customers, uncover their needs, walk them through solutions, and guide them to enrollment. What You'll Do as a Frontier Enrollment Representative Connect with customers one-on-one to introduce Frontier fiber internet options, understand their needs, and walk them through demonstrations that make enrollment decisions easy Hit and surpass personal and team enrollment targets through smart sales tactics and steady follow-through Build lasting customer relationships that drive repeat opportunities, retention, and long-term account success Stay sharp on Frontier's product lineup, pricing structures, and current promotions, logging enrollment activity accurately along the way Monitor your own performance metrics to stay accountable and keep improving across every account you manage Show up for team meetings and training sessions to sharpen your enrollment and sales technique Carry yourself as a professional representative of the Frontier brand, creating a great experience for every customer What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED (sales or enrollment background is a plus, not a must) Natural communicator who builds rapport fast and presents ideas clearly Driven by results, with a genuine focus on hitting goals and keeping performance high Comfortable working solo or as part of a team in a high-energy setting Open to learning the ins and outs of account management Coachable, professional, and hungry to build stronger sales skills over time
