These projects involve researching, analyzing, and updating consumer information across multiple systems. We are seeking qualified candidates who bring a positive approach to meeting the high demands of a busy work environment. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Consistently display a professional attitude towards team members, consumers, and external partners. Process case maintenance transactions and perform all tasks accurately within procedural guidelines and without errors. Evaluate and determine the eligibility of medical expenses for medical programs. Communicate effectively with clients through verbal and written communication. Screen consumers by accurately entering data into the Eligibility Determination System. Meet or exceed Daily Productivity standards for each assigned task. Meet strict performance standards for quality, as defined in the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP). Exhibit exemplary customer service internally and externally, consistently meeting or exceeding customer needs. Maintain a knowledge of the procedures and operating systems required to perform daily work. Ensure the timely completion of tasks to meet contract guidelines. Adhere strictly to project site attendance policies, reporting to work on time and ready to perform duties at the start of your shift. Consistently exhibit a positive attitude toward all tasks and be relied upon to deliver the best possible results. Experience & Education College Degree preferred. Prior experience in Eligibility Determination or Transaction Processing is highly preferred. Required Skills & Abilities Ability to type at least 40 WPM. ability to organize work, set priorities, remain flexible, and adapt to change with a positive approach. Proficiency (or ability to be quickly trained) with standard company software and PC systems. problem-solving skills utilizing analysis and ongoing feedback. Ability to achieve results through commitment, attention to detail, and adherence to established deadlines. Capacity to work at a sustained, fast pace to meet production rates while maintaining top-tier quality. Highly detail-oriented with the capability to detect, document, and correct quality issues. Ability to work independently with limited direction after initial training is complete.
salary:
$20.21 - $20.22 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4
