Job Description
Tracell Acquisitions is seeking anfull-time Entry Level Enrollment Representative to help expand AT&T Fiber's customer base through face-to-face customer interactions. In this role, you'll guide customers through the enrollment process, explain available AT&T Fiber services, and help them choose solutions that fit their needs. As an Entry Level Enrollment Representative, you'll receive hands-on training in customer engagement, enrollment procedures, product knowledge, and consultative sales techniques. Our team provides the coaching and support you need to confidently assist customers, complete enrollments accurately, and contribute to a growing AT&T Fiber campaign. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Enrollment Representative Meet with customers face-to-face to explain AT&T Fiber services and guide them through the enrollment process. Help customers determine the internet plan that best fits their household, lifestyle, and connectivity needs. Complete new customer enrollments accurately while ensuring all required information is collected and verified. Answer customer questions regarding AT&T Fiber products, pricing, promotions, and service availability. Follow up with prospective customers as needed to complete enrollments and provide a positive customer experience. Work closely with team members to achieve enrollment goals while maintaining accurate customer records and delivering excellent service. Qualifications of the Entry Level Enrollment Representative Interest in customer service, sales, or customer enrollment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Detail-oriented and comfortable completing enrollment documentation accurately. Goal-oriented, coachable, and motivated to achieve individual and team enrollment objectives. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while providing professional customer support.
