9/21/26 Do you love solving problems, helping people, and digging into details? We're looking for a Grievance Specialist to join a leading health plan team! In this role, you'll investigate member concerns, resolve grievances and appeals, and help ensure every case is handled accurately and compassionately. ✅ 3+ years of managed care or health plan experience ✅ Grievances and appeals experience preferred ✅ Knowledge of claims, benefits, and member services ✅ Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills ✅ Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlinesExperience with Medicare Advantage, TRICARE, health insurance, claims, member services, or health plan operations is highly desirable.
