JOB SUMMARY
:
The Enrollment Specialist advances college-wide recruitment and enrollment goals through proactive outreach, relationship building, and prospective student engagement. Representing all academic programs and student opportunities, the Specialist engages prospective students, families, schools, and community and workforce partners through recruitment activities, events, and ongoing communication. The Specialist develops and manages an active recruitment pipeline, provides timely and personalized follow-up, and guides prospective students from initial interest through enrollment. The role also assists students in navigating admissions and enrollment requirements, providing accurate and responsive support throughout the process. Based in Fargo, the position requires occasional travel to the Wahpeton campus, overnight travel, and flexible work hours. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in education, communications, business administration, public relations, or a related field, or a minimum of three years of related experience. Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and public speaking skills. Strong relationship-building and customer service skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and groups. Effective organization, time-management, and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight travel. Preferred Qualifications Professional experience in college admissions, recruitment, sales, outreach, education, or another relationship-focused environment. Professional experience with recruitment pipeline management, enrollment processes, or recruitment communication strategies. Professional experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Additional Information SALARY :
$50,000-$55,000, commensurate with education and experience
