$25 per hour About the Role We are seeking a warm, engaging, and organized Discovery Call Specialist to be the first point of contact for individuals interested in learning about our Functional Medicine Center. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, listening to their health concerns, and helping guide them toward the next step in their wellness journey. Our goal is to educate, build trust, and determine whether our practice is the right fit for each potential patient. Responsibilities Conduct scheduled discovery calls via Zoom and phone. Listen carefully to prospective patients' health concerns and goals. Explain our functional medicine approach and patient journey in a clear, compassionate manner. Answer general questions about our services and programs. Schedule appointments and document conversations accurately in our CRM. Ensure patient forms are submitted on a timely basis Follow up with prospective patients who are considering becoming a patient. Maintain timely communication through email and phone. Collaborate with our team to ensure an exceptional patient experience. We're Looking for

Friendly, personable, and naturally empathetic. An excellent communicator with a confident phone and Zoom presence. Passionate about health, wellness, and helping others. Organized, dependable, and detail oriented. Comfortable working independently from home. Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new software systems. Professional while creating a warm and welcoming experience. Qualifications Previous customer service, patient care, wellness, healthcare, or sales experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer skills, including experience with Zoom, email, and CRM or scheduling software. Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
