Job Description

We are currently hiring a Client Enrollment Associate to join our growing team. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals looking to build experience in customer service, sales, and client relations while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a Client Enrollment Associate, you will work directly with local business clients to introduce available services, guide them through the enrollment process, and ensure a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. The Client Enrollment Associates role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and developing professionally in a business-to-business environment. What You'll Do as a Client Enrollment Associate Engage with local business clients to explain available services and answer questions Guide clients through the enrollment and account setup process step-by-step Identify business needs and recommend solutions that support operational goals and cost efficiency Maintain accurate records of client interactions, enrollments, and account updates Build strong relationships with business clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet daily and weekly performance goals Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on communication, client relations, and professional development What We're Looking For in our
