OBJECTIVE

Facilitate PCLI's compliance with Medicare and other regulatory frameworks. Provide comprehensive administrative support and manage projects to enhance site and staff operations.

REPORTS TO

Corporate Systems Director

STATUS 3/4

Time (30-39 hours per week)

SCHEDULE

Monday - Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.

REQUIRED SKILLS

General office skills Basic computer knowledge including word processing Pleasant, helpful, and cooperative personality Good communication skills, both written and spoken Dependable, detail oriented, able to multi-task, self-motivated Maintain Confidentiality Able to function under pressure, ability to cope with change

PHYSICAL ABILITIES

Good hearing for telephones. Good visual acuity for screens, keyboards, forms etc. Ability to work in a small space Ability to sit for extended periods Good mobility & minimal lifting capabilities
