Key Responsibilities:

• Determine eligibility for economic support programs.
• Conduct interviews with applicants to gather and verify information.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
• Provide information and referrals to other community resources and services.
• Assist clients in understanding program requirements and navigating the application process.
• Collaborate with other departments and agencies to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree and 2 years related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
