Seeking an executive assistant and office manager who is an A-player, quick learner and has a positive attitude. Here's what you'll do day-to-day: Represent the CEO though phone, email and line out contractors. Anticipate the needs of contractors and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. Prioritize a complex calendar Implement systems to help make the CEO more efficient Create, execute, and manage special projects as needed Maintain order and organization in the office, including maintenance for printers, ordering and stocking office supplies. Manage digital assets, including storage of all financials, reports and information. Creating weekly and daily overviews for the CEO with reminders, schedule, tasks, etc. Personal assistant responsibilities for the CEO, including scheduling travel, event, planning, home maintenance coordination, procuring gifts for holidays and celebrations. Available to come to the CEO's home, manage appointments with service providers and run errands as needed. This job description is not all-inclusive and certain activities, duties, or responsibilities may be required of the employee as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years experience in customer service or an assistant Experience in real estate is preferred Experience coordinating daily schedules, travel, task management required Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a high-growth, entrepreneurial, fast-changing environment Fluent with Quickbooks Hard-working self-starter who seeks out responsibility A lifelong desire for constant learning, personal development and growth Highest standards for personal morality and ethics Ability to lift a box weighing 20 lbs over your head Experience in using technology and the internet to improve work efficiency Experience in serving as a project lead from conception to completion Knowledge of process, project and program management theory and best practices; ability to apply utilize these skills to solve operational issues Experience in Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Gmail (or other project management software) Extremely deadline-driven, never late on deadlines when the team depends on you Obsessively detail oriented, impeccable attention to detail, we need a perfectionist.
COMPENSATION
Starting pay will be based on experience ranging from $50,000-$60,000 per year. This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week. Awesome environment for teamwork and development. Quarterly and annual team-building event. Paid time off for community service. PTO 2 weeks to start. Health benefits.
