full-time Executive Assistant - Chicago, IL A well-established private equity firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support its senior leadership team. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this individual will manage complex schedules, travel and administrative priorities in a fast-paced, highly professional environment. Responsibilities Manage complex professional and personal calendars, including meeting requests, events and calls Coordinate frequently changing domestic and international travel Prepare and submit complex expense reports through Concur Arrange ground transportation, accommodations and other travel logistics Assist with advisory board meetings, annual investor meetings and other events Draft correspondence and thank-you letters Maintain contact databases, records and organized filing systems Screen calls and communicate professionally with individuals at all organizational levels Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Ideal Candidate Significant experience supporting senior executives Private equity, financial services or a comparable professional-services background preferred College degree required Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented Strong communication, judgment and follow-through Comfortable managing shifting priorities with minimal direction Proficient in Concur, Microsoft Office, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Compensation & Benefits Target bonus of approximately 20% Overtime paid at 1.5x Comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage 401(k) plan Paid time off and company holidays Life and disability insurance
