full-time Executive Assistant Full-time | In-office | Prairie Village, KS | $70,000 annual salary + $250/month health & wellness stipend We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who is energized by helping a fast-moving business run exceptionally well. We lead a high-volume residential real estate team where listings, buyers, client needs, and decisions move quickly. This role exists to create clarity, protect priorities, and make sure important details do not fall through the cracks. This is not a traditional administrative assistant position. You will work directly with the owners and support the broader team, with meaningful responsibility for communication, organization, accountability, and day-to-day operational flow. The right person will be trusted to make decisions, solve problems, anticipate needs, and move work forward without waiting for step-by-step instructions. For someone who proves they can operate at that level, there is a path toward greater operational leadership within the business. What You'll OwnInbox & Communication Manage and triage leadership inboxes Determine what requires leadership attention and what can be handled or redirected Keep important communication moving and prevent unnecessary distractions Calendar & Priority Protection Protect high-value selling and leadership time Keep calendars realistic and productive Re-route interruptions and competing requests when appropriate Help leadership stay focused on the work that matters most Listing & Buyer Pipeline Maintain complete visibility into active listings, buyers, contracts, and next steps Keep information current without requiring leadership to chase updates Identify issues early and make sure responsibilities are clear Follow through until important items are complete Gatekeeping & Accountability Coordinate vendors, agents, team members, and outside requests Help prevent over-promising Keep commitments, deadlines, and follow-up visible Push back respectfully when priorities or expectations need to be reset
