We are seeking a highly organized, innovative, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team. Working directly alongside the Executive you will play a critical role in streamlining daily operations, supporting HR and staffing efforts, and executing business growth initiative. If you are passionate about compassion, teamwork, and making a difference , we would love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Draft documents for Supervisors and Directors as requested. Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees. Create and facilitate new employee orientation. Assist with staffing and creating employee schedules. Maintain accurate and complete employee records in accordance with state guidelines. Provide administrative and medical office support, including filing, faxing, scanning, and document organization. Complete assigned office tasks and special projects requested by the Director. Conduct targeted research to support company operations and growth. Assist in the development and improvement of company policies and practices. Collaborate with the management team to ensure efficient daily operations and company growth. Assist the Executive Director with research, process improvement, business development initiatives, and operational projects designed to support company growth, increase revenue, and improve profitability. Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree 2+ years of administrative, healthcare, HR, or office management experience Experience working in a healthcare, residential care, or disability services environment is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and basic office technology. Ability to maintain confidential employee and client information. Experience with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, or employee records Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented. Comfortable conducting research and identifying opportunities that support company growth and revenue . Ability to work collaboratively with Directors, Supervisors, and other team members. Must demonstrate compassion, professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities.
