Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team. This vital role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive approach to office related responsibilities.
Position Details:
Starting Pay is $18-22, Depeneding on experience Scheduled Hours = Monday - Friday, 9AM-5PM Successful Traits that have proven to fit the position requirements: Reliability Attention-to-detail Team Player Multi-tasking, Comfortable in a fast paced environment Able to work independently Strong orginizational skills Responsibilities Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments efficiently Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, directing calls appropriately Prepare, proofread, and organize documents such as invoices, statements. Maintain accurate filing systems and perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail Assist with client communication, customer support, and front desk duties to enhance visitor experience Oversee office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as needed Support special projects by organizing information, preparing reports, and managing deadlines Qualifications Proven clerical experience with strong office management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry Excellent computer literacy and technical proficiency in office productivity tools Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills on multi-line phone systems Previous experience as a personal or executive assistant is highly desirable Join our team to contribute your organizational talents and technical expertise in a dynamic environment that values proactive support and professional growth. Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
