Note:

Completion of FOIA Officer training required within the first year of employment. Additional Considerations Knowledge of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) rules and regulations. Experience providing administrative support and/or managing office activities for an executive, senior manager, or board in a government setting and/or with legislative activities. Familiarity with Virginia state government processes such as eVA procurement, travel reimbursement, and records retention.
