In this critical role, you will act as a primary liaison between executive leadership, internal departments, and external stakeholders. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate international and domestic travel, oversee event planning, handle confidential records, and drive key administrative initiatives to ensure seamless daily operations.

Key Responsibilities Executive Support & Strategic Communication Direct, manage, and coordinate special projects involving sensitive and confidential information, ing deep knowledge of company policies, products, and practices. Lead accessibility management for the President and Vice President, creating clear lines of communication between executives, staff, and external parties. Manage high-volume correspondence, phone calls, meeting requests, and interdepartmental communications on behalf of executive leadership. Serve as a central resource and liaison to resolve intermediate-to-complex administrative issues across the organization. Calendar, Meeting & Travel Management Proactively manage and prioritize complex calendars for the President and Vice President to ensure critical deadlines and commitments are met smoothly. Coordinate complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and specialized logistics. Prepare, attend, and scribe key meetings; organize, format, and distribute comprehensive meeting notes and action items to relevant stakeholders. Event Planning & Operations Plan, manage, and coordinate complex domestic and international conferences, corporate events, and customer visits. Lead teams or independently manage event logistics, special considerations, and vendor relationships. Financial & Administrative Support Draft, proofread, format, and prepare reports, presentations, and word-processing documents. Manage, track, and process department invoices and executive expense reports. Maintain filing systems, records, data management processes, and general office purchasing.
salary:
$65,000 - $85,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 4
PMeducation:
AssociateResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support including presentation preparation, data management and analysis, scheduling, proof-reading, video/teleconferences, travel arrangements, purchasing, record keeping, filing, copying and mailing. Manage the President and Vice President's calendars, scheduling appointments and helping to create open lines of communication with executives. Direct, manage and coordinate projects with various staff and departments generally involving work of a confidential nature. Assist in managing, planning and coordinating events, conferences and meetings involving details of logistics, international and national requirements, special considerations, etc. Prepare, review and track invoices as well as expense reports for Executives.
