Prepare, scan, and digitally index paper records using document imaging and records management systems. Operate scanning hardware and document capture software to ensure records are accurately converted and stored electronically. Assist with special projects, file management, data organization, and other office support functions as assigned. Maintain accuracy and quality standards while handling confidential records and performing routine administrative tasks with minimal supervision . Who You Are HS Diploma or GED required 1-3 years of administrative, office support, records management, or document processing experience. Strong attention to detail with excellent spelling, grammar, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using technology, online tools, and multiple systems simultaneously. Previous experience scanning records and using document imaging software (such as PaperVision Capture or similar scanning/document management systems) is highly preferred.
