Our file room needs some serious organization, and we're looking for someone who is ready to jump in and help us get everything in order! This position will primarily focus on sorting, scanning, digitizing, filing, and organizing client documents. If you're organized, comfortable working independently, and find satisfaction in turning a messy space into an organized one, this could be a great fit. Responsibilities Sort and organize a large volume of documents and paperwork Identify which client/case file documents belong to Scan documents and upload them to the appropriate digital client file Properly name and categorize electronic documents File documents that need to be maintained in physical client files Prepare documents for secure shredding once they have been properly digitized Organize and maintain the physical file room Handle confidential client and legal information with care Ask questions and work with our team when documents cannot be easily identified Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable and able to work independently Comfortable using computers, scanners, and digital filing systems Able to work accurately with a high volume of paperwork Ability to maintain confidentiality Previous administrative, filing, records, or law office experience is a plus, but not required Schedule This is a part-time, in-person position with flexible scheduling. Hours can be arranged based on your availability, but shifts must be scheduled Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM . Compensation $20.00-$25.00 per hour , depending on experience.
