Full-time Turn Blank Walls Into Powerful Visual Experiences Flow State Vertical Printing is looking for a creative, technically skilled, and dependable person to join our growing company. We use advanced vertical printing technology to print high-resolution graphics, photographs, logos, murals, and custom artwork directly onto walls and other surfaces. The goal of Flow State is to use Art to create collective flow within any new environment. We work with restaurants, offices, schools, retail spaces, healthcare facilities, entertainment venues, and private properties. This is not a traditional graphic design position. You will be preparing artwork in Adobe Photoshop, sending the images directly to the printer, and be responsible for setting up and running the printer. This will include solving problems in real time, sizing images for placement and helping create installations on site. Primary Responsibilities Operate and maintain our vertical wall-printing equipment Prepare customer artwork and photographs for large-format printing Edit, resize, feather, enhance, crop, mask, and color-correct images in Adobe Photoshop Create transparent backgrounds, white underlays, alpha channels, and print-ready files Set up and calibrate the printer at customer locations Measure walls and accurately position artwork Monitor prints for quality, color accuracy, alignment, and consistency Perform routine cleaning and preventative equipment maintenance Troubleshoot printing, software, alignment, and image-preparation issues Protect and maintain clean, professional customer workspaces Assist with project planning, quoting, documentation, photography, and social media content when needed Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, designers, and business owners Travel will be within New York State and neighboring states. We go where with the work is Required Qualifications Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Creative Suite Social Media editing, reels, messaging Experience preparing high-resolution, large-format, or print-ready graphics Understand compression rates, resolution, upscaling images, RGB to CMYK conversions Excellent attention to detail Comfortable learning and operating specialized printing equipment Strong computer and technical problem-solving skills Ability to accurately use measuring tools Dependable, organized, and able to work independently Professional appearance and communication skills Valid and clean driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies safely (50lbs) Willingness to travel to job sites throughout New York and surrounding areas The Ideal Candidate You may be a great fit if you are equally comfortable working creatively in Photoshop and mechanically with equipment. You enjoy seeing a project through from concept to final installation. You notice small imperfections, remain calm when solving technical problems, and take pride in delivering work that looks exceptional. You are motivated by the opportunity to help build a growing company rather than simply filling a traditional production position. Experience with printing, graphic design, large-format printing, wall murals, commercial painting, or print-production environments is a major plus. Training on our specific printing equipment will be provided. There will be a review conducted at 45 days and 90 days. What Makes This Opportunity Different?
