Looking for a detailed oriented individual with a high level of professionalism to perform administrative duties including scanning, filing, and tracking of document packets with the courts (e-filing with courts). Coordinating and monitoring files with attorney firms in other states. Prepare documents for attorney review. Assist in answering the phones and must have the ability to communicate professionally and with clients, other attorney firms, and court personnel. Legal experience with NYS e-file system(NYSEF) is preferred, but not required. One (1) year office experience and high school diploma or GED required. We are an equal opportunity employer
