Print Operator (2nd Shift) - Join a Leader in Textile Innovation!

Your Role:

As a Print Operator (PRINTER) on our 2nd shift, you'll take charge of our rotary screen-printing machine, driving production and ensuring top-quality results. You'll play a critical role in our operations, maintaining equipment and collaborating with a team that values precision and efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the

Print Operation:

Set up, operate, and maintain the rotary screen-printing machine for maximum efficiency.

Ensure Top Quality:

Monitor print quality and make adjustments to ensure first-rate results.

Optimize Performance:

Adjust machine settings, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventative maintenance. Keep it

Clean:

Break down and clean equipment between jobs to keep our workspace organized and safe. Contribute to

Team Success:

Collaborate with your teammates to deliver top-quality products and exceed production goals.

What We're Looking For:

Experience Matters:

3+ years of print operations experience, with textile manufacturing preferred.

Detail-Oriented:

Ability to set up 12-screen print jobs with precise registration.

Team Player:

Strong collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

Color Accuracy:

A good sense of color and attention to detail.

English Proficiency:

Basic reading and writing skills.
