for a Screen Printer Operator!

Hourly Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM We are currently seeking an experienced Screen Printer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior screen printing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities Understand and follow job instructions accurately Operate and use a computer as required Match and mix colors accurately Perform in-process inspections of screens for defects prior to printing Bake flats and screen flats Expose coated screens Apply back coat and mix resist/back coat resist Coat screens each shift Stretch and tone up screens Mix emulsion (5-gallon buckets) Remove rags and maintain cleanliness at the end of each shift Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Prior screen printing experience required Ability to understand written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach for extended periods Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the shift Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment (noise, dust, temperature changes, moving machinery) Ability to climb stairs or ladders and work at heights if required Maintain visual acuity to read labels and instructions Ability to communicate effectively and follow safety procedures Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
