Our specially trained Captioning Assistants make it possible for individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind or have difficulty speaking to communicate over the telephone. We are looking for individuals who have a desire to help others, possess a strong work ethic, have great communication skills, and excellent attention to detail. This is a remote work-from-home opportunity open to residents in the Jackson, MS area.

Qualified applicants must be:

18 years of age or older Possess a high school diploma or equivalent Have a typing speed of 35 wpm with a high accuracy rate Able to pass a criminal background check Able to maintain strict consumer confidentiality Available for 2 weeks of onsite training Workspace requirements: High speed home internet connection. Satellite internet and wireless internet are not acceptable. Must be able to hard wire your work computer directly to your home modem via ethernet. Must have a quiet, private, distraction free workspace.
