$17.45 per hour We are currently hiring three part-time Data Entry Interviewers to conduct telephone surveys, accurately enter survey data, and maintain confidentiality while following established survey protocols. Available Positions 1

Part-Time Position:

15 hours per week, weekday hours 2

Part-Time Positions:

15 hours per week, weeknight and weekend hours Key Responsibilities Conduct telephone surveys and accurately enter data into survey software Read survey scripts verbatim and follow all survey guidelines Document call attempts, assign appropriate codes, and schedule follow-up appointments Use neutral probing techniques to gather accurate information Maintain confidentiality of all records and data Complete required HIPAA and other mandatory trainings Attend staff meetings, supervisor check-ins, and training sessions Enter time accurately in SwipeClock Perform additional duties as assigned Performance Expectations Maintain an average of 25 call attempts per logged-on hour Achieve a minimum of 0.33 completed surveys per logged-on hour Report to work on time and be prepared for scheduled shifts Accept and apply coaching and feedback from supervisors Follow all survey procedures with accuracy and professionalism Qualifications Strong data entry and computer skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to follow scripts and instructions exactly as provided Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Professional Standards Represent the organization professionally when interacting with the public Communicate courteously and respectfully with respondents, coworkers, and supervisors Refrain from personal commentary and maintain a neutral approach during interviews Promote survey participation by providing approved organization information when appropriate Apply today to join a team dedicated to collecting accurate data that supports important public health and research initiatives.
