Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Secretary / Case Manager to join our legal team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support a diverse range of legal practice areas, including family law, criminal law, civil litigation, and more. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing case files, interacting with clients, and providing exceptional administrative support. Duties Manage and organize legal case files using Clio Coordinate client interviews and communicate effectively with clients to gather pertinent case information while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Assist with court filings, document review, and procedural law compliance to ensure timely submission of legal paperwork. Support attorneys with project management tasks related to litigation cases; track deadlines and organize case materials efficiently. Provide executive administrative assistance by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling phone inquiries with excellent etiquette, and performing data entry tasks. Other duties as assigned Skills Knowledge of legal support functions across multiple practice areas including family law, criminal law, civil litigation, and more. Experience with legal case management software like Clio is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and internal correspondence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high standards of professionalism. Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
