This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in the legal field, with significant opportunities for professional growth and increased responsibility. Prior experience working in a law firm or legal office environment is preferred, but we are willing to consider motivated candidates with relevant administrative experience and a strong interest in developing a career in the legal field. Practice Areas Supported Estate Planning and Estate Administration Litigation Commercial Real Estate Business Planning Corporate Key Responsibilities Intake and Client Services Coordination Greet Clients and Manage Front-of-Office Experience Prepare and Send Client Intake Documents and Retainer Agreements Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments Provide administrative and paralegal support to attorneys and senior paralegals Assist with document preparation for filings, transactions, and client matters Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and third parties Perform general office and clerical tasks as needed Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree (legal studies or related field preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Prior Legal Education or Law Firm Experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Comfort handling frequent phone calls and speaking with clients during stressful or emotional situations Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information What We Offer Hands-on training and mentorship Exposure to multiple areas of law Opportunity for advancement as the firm continues to grow Supportive, collaborative work environment
Pay:
