The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law, including but not limited to family law, and social security disability. This role requires exceptional administrative skills, a keen understanding of legal terminology, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Provide executive administrative support to attorneys by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Prepare and file legal documents, ensuring compliance with court rules and deadlines. Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents including pleadings and correspondence. Assist with client interviews and maintain communication with clients regarding case updates. Organize and maintain filing systems for both electronic and paper documents. Support project management efforts for ongoing cases, ensuring all deadlines are met. Collaborate with attorneys on various legal matters regarding family law and social security disability law. Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence. Proficient in legal research techniques and familiar with litigation processes. Experience with data entry and document review processes. Demonstrated clerical experience in a law office setting is preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit professionalism at all times. Strong phone etiquette for client interactions and communications.
