We pride ourselves in providing excellent patient care and customer service. Candidate should have strong customer service skills, devoted, efficient and be reliable. Responsibilities include but not limited to the following : Data entry Send balance statements to patients Answer all patient phone calls Follow up on patients' payment plans Call patients with delinquent balances Follow up on PI/Worker Comp claims Appeal and follow up on Insurance Claim denials Support other works of other billing staff Capable of dealing with private insurance companies, personal injury and workers' compensation attorneys Able to generate Adhoc reports using Excel per request Must be capable and professional at all times, but result oriented Must possess basic computer apps like Excel, Word, email, pdf, etc.
