We are seeking an experienced Medical Biller with strong eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience to join our team. This position is available full-time or part-time. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the medical billing cycle and be comfortable working in coordination with our billers in eCW.

Responsibilities include:

Medical billing and claim payment checking Insurance verification and eligibility Payment posting and reconciliation Accounts receivable (A/R) follow-up Denial management with the billing company , corrections, and appeals Reviewing rejected or unpaid claims Communicating with insurance companies regarding claim status Maintaining accurate billing documentation in e

CW Qualifications:

Prior medical billing experience required Strong working knowledge of eClinicalWorks (eCW) required Knowledge of insurance claims, denials, and A/R follow-up Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
