Job Duties:

!. Minimum 1 year experience in Medical Billing (not Dental or Vision). Under the supervision and direction of the Billing Manager you will be responsible for the following: Perform account representative functions, various billing functions, processing, monitoring and following up of Patient Accounts in accordance with third party regulations. Answers all incoming inquiries on both inpatient and outpatient accounts and take the appropriate action to ensure that all issues are addressed, Makes patient calls on Self pay and No Fault accounts to ascertain insurance information or make payment arrangements. Maintain and keeps accurate files and logs for patient and insurance telephone calls, correspondence, bills, rejections, etc. Expresses clearly verbally or by written correspondence to patients, third party payers and outside agencies In response to inquiries.

Work Schedule:

Full Time, 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday)
