Practice has approximately 10 to 20 patient encounters per day . Full cycle medical billing experience is required. Please do not apply if your experience is limited to only one or two areas of medical billing. Responsibilities include eligibility verification, encounter and charge entry, claim submission, rejection and denial resolution, EOB and payment posting, AR follow up, appeals, patient billing inquiries, medical record requests as needed, and unpaid claim resolution. CPT and ICD 10 coding will be provided by the physician. We are looking for someone who is reliable, accurate, organized, and able to independently follow claims through resolution. The ideal candidate will be proactive and resourceful in identifying and resolving billing issues and improving billing workflows. Part-time in person position with a flexible schedule. A background check and work history verification may be required.

Pay:

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
