RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for supervising, scheduling and covering the receptionist. Processing of Accounts Payable and weekly generations of vendor checks. Manages Resident Trust accounts and activity. Verifys resident insurances. Posts ancillary charges for billing. Assists with Medical Billing for Medicare, Insurances, Part B claims, etc. Assists with resident collections including but not limited to: co-pays, private room/board, patient pay amounts. Other duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Four-year college degree (preferred) Minimum 2 years experience working in business office of a skilled nursing facility Billing experience in Skilled Nursing Facility billing Ingham County Medical Care is an equal opportunity employer.
